Services include AI response evaluation, AI training and human feedback support, research and information analysis, content and knowledge review, and generalist analytical consulting. The exact scope for any engagement is defined in the agreed proposal or written brief.

An engagement begins once scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees have been described and confirmed in writing by both parties. Inquiries submitted through this website do not create a binding engagement.

The client is responsible for providing accurate briefs, evaluation criteria, source material, access, and timely feedback. Delays or incomplete information may affect timelines and outcomes.

Deliverables are those described in the agreed scope — for example written evaluations, annotations, structured feedback, analyses, or reports. Work is delivered in the agreed format and within the agreed timeline unless otherwise arranged.

Fees, currency, invoicing schedule, and payment method are agreed in writing before work begins. Invoices are payable by the due date stated on the invoice. Work may be paused if agreed payments are outstanding.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. Pre-existing methods, templates, and know-how remain the property of Muhammad Salman Nasir.

Client material and non-public information shared for an engagement is treated as confidential and used only to deliver the agreed services, unless disclosure is required by law or separately authorised by the client.

Services provide professional analysis and judgment. No specific business, commercial, financial, or performance outcome is promised or guaranteed. Decisions made using the deliverables remain the client's responsibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses are excluded.

Services described on this website may be modified, expanded, or discontinued. Changes to an active engagement are agreed in writing between both parties.

Either party may request cancellation of an engagement in writing. Cancellation is handled in line with the Refund & Cancellation Policy and any terms agreed for that specific project.
