Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: August 2026

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for consulting, evaluation, and research services provided by Muhammad Salman Nasir. Specific terms may also be agreed in writing for an individual project.

1. Cancellation Before Work Begins

A client may cancel an agreed engagement by sending a written cancellation request before work has started. Where no work has been performed and no third-party costs have been incurred, any amount already paid for that engagement is returned in full.

2. Cancellation After Work Has Started

If work has already begun, the engagement may still be cancelled in writing. Work completed or hours already performed up to the cancellation date remain payable, and any remaining unearned balance is returned.

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered where agreed deliverables were not provided, where work was not started, or where a billing error occurred. Completed and delivered work, work already performed, and time spent on agreed tasks are generally non-refundable.

Refund requests should be submitted within [refund request window to be specified by the owner] of the relevant invoice or delivery date.

4. Project Changes

Changes to scope, volume, evaluation criteria, or timelines after an engagement has been agreed may affect fees and delivery dates. Any such change is confirmed in writing before the additional work proceeds.

5. How to Request a Refund

Refund and cancellation requests should include the project name, invoice reference, and reason for the request, and be sent to:

Phone: +1 443 6510068
473 N 3rd Street, Steelton, Pennsylvania 17113

6. Processing of Approved Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it is processed through the original payment method where applicable. Expected processing time: [processing time to be specified by the owner]. Timing may also depend on the client's bank or payment provider.
